Baguley Athletic Football Club | Ericstan Park

Grassroots football is at the heart of our local community, and we are looking for reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic volunteers to make every home fixture at Ericstan Park a success! If you love local football, enjoy meeting people, and want to help us create a safe, vibrant, and welcoming matchday environment for players, officials, and supporters, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Matchday Setup: Assist club officials with pre-match setup (corner flags, spectator barriers, changing room prep, and equipment).
  • Warm Welcome: Serve as the first point of contact at the entrance gate, directing visiting teams, officials, and supporters to facilities.
  • Matchday Engagement: Answer spectator enquiries and help run our First Goal matchday raffle.
  • Community Safety: Keep an eye on perimeter areas during play to ensure a respectful, family-friendly environment aligned with FA Respect guidelines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
