What you'll be serving up…
As a Casual Matchday Front of House Waiter, you will help deliver a warm, attentive and high-quality hospitality experience for guests at Saracens Rugby Stadium. Working across hospitality suites, lounges, restaurants, boxes and event spaces, you'll provide excellent table service and play a key role in creating a best-in-class matchday experience.
- Welcoming guests and providing professional, attentive service throughout their visit
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and assisting guests with menu and product information
- Serving food and beverages to the required specification, ensuring excellent presentation and service standards
- Preparing hospitality areas, including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, menus and service stations
- Clearing and resetting tables efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of service
- Monitoring guest areas, replenishing service items and ensuring hospitality spaces remain fully stocked and well presented
- Supporting opening, peak service and closing duties, including cleaning, stock returns and preparation for future events
- Working closely with front of house, kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Following food safety, allergen, hygiene, licensing and responsible alcohol service procedures at all times
- Carrying out age-verification checks and escalating any concerns to supervisors when required
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas while delivering exceptional guest service

- A positive, guest-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to deliver warm, attentive and professional service in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to matchday and event work
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively across hospitality teams
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events or table service is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and carry out practical duties including serving, clearing and resetting hospitality areas
- Committed to maintaining high service, food safety, allergen and health & safety standards
- A professional appearance and positive attitude, even during busy service periods
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and major event schedules
