Company: Baguley Athletic FC

Location: Greater Manchester (On-site matchday commitment required)

Employment Type: Volunteer

Location Requirement: Must reside within Greater Manchester or the local area

Positions Available: 2 Roles (1x Men's First Team, 1x Women's First Team)

About Baguley Athletic FC

Baguley Athletic FC is an ambitious, fast-growing grassroots football club rooted in Wythenshawe. From expanding our senior and youth setups to running our Women’s team and community schemes, we are building a club that belongs to its community.

Matchdays are the heartbeat of our digital media. We are recruiting two Matchday Media Managers (one for our Men’s First Team and one for our Women’s First Team) based in Greater Manchester to lead our pitchside content teams, manage live fixture output, and ensure every match is covered from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Matchday Leadership & Operations

  • Direct Pitchside Coverage: Oversee and coordinate the matchday media team (photographers, videographers, social media posters) to ensure complete pre-match, live, and post-match coverage.
  • Content Calendar Management: Manage the matchday publishing schedule, ensuring line-up graphics, live score updates, goal alerts, and post-match manager/player reactions go out consistently.
  • Volunteer Management & Recruitment: Recruit, onboard, and mentor new creative volunteers (students, media grads, local creators) to build a reliable matchday media crew.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
