What you'll be serving up…
As a Matchday Retail Kiosk Staff Team Member, you will help deliver a fast, friendly and high-quality food and drink experience for supporters and guests at Saracens Rugby Stadium. Working within retail kiosks across the stadium, you'll serve customers, prepare and present products, process payments and help create a best-in-class matchday experience.
- Providing excellent customer service by welcoming customers, taking orders accurately and promoting available products and offers
- Serving food, snacks and beverages to the required specification, ensuring quality presentation and correct portions
- Operating tills and card payment equipment accurately while following cash-handling procedures
- Setting up, replenishing and maintaining kiosk stock, displays and service areas throughout events
- Supporting opening, peak service and closing duties, including cleaning, stock returns and preparation for future events
- Working efficiently during busy matchday periods while maintaining a friendly and professional approach
- Following food safety, allergen, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining clean, safe and well-presented kiosk and customer service areas throughout the shift
- Reporting stock shortages, incidents or customer concerns promptly to supervisors
- Working flexibly as part of the wider matchday team to support operational requirements and deliver excellent service standards

- A positive, customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work quickly, accurately and calmly in a fast-paced matchday environment
- Reliable, punctual and flexible approach to event and matchday work
- A team-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitude
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering or events is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and undertake practical duties including setup, replenishment and cleaning
- Commitment to food safety, allergen and health & safety standards
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and major event schedules
