About the Ticket Office Team
The Ticket Office Team at SAFC are all about making the fan's experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We are the friendly faces behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring fans can easily access tickets for all our exciting matches and events.
Our team works diligently to manage ticket sales, handle inquiries, and provide support to fans, whether it’s through our online platform or in-person at the stadium.
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, always ready to assist fans with any questions or concerns.
The Opportunity
Join us as a Casual Matchday Customer Service & Ticketing Executive! In this flexible role, you’ll be directly involved on matchdays and other ad hoc days as needed, helping to create fantastic experiences for our supporters.
- You’ll connect with fans, ensuring every interaction is friendly and professional.
- Take charge of our Zendesk platform to keep it updated and responsive to supporter needs.
- Work alongside various departments to smoothly manage ticket requests, allocations, and sales.

- Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be interacting with fans and providing clear information.
- Being tech-savvy and comfortable with IT tools is important, along with the ability to stay cool under pressure during busy matchdays.
You should be available for evening and weekend home games, and a positive “can do” attitude will be key.
Flexibility is crucial due to varying game schedules, and a basic DBS check will be provided by SAFC.
