About Relevant Football Partners

Relevant Football Partners (RFP) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Relevant, purpose-built to commercialise the UEFA men’s club competitions globally. An independent entity, RFP is tasked with providing UC3 — the joint venture between UEFA and European Football Clubs (EFC) — strategic and sales support in the worldwide marketing and sale of media, sponsorship, and licensing rights for the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, UEFA Super Cup, UEFA Youth League, and the UEFA Futsal Champions League.

Following the UC3 tender process, Relevant Football Partners was awarded the commercial rights to the UEFA men’s club competitions (Champions League, Europa League and Conference League) on a global basis for the 2027 to 2033 cycle.

As such, Relevant Football Partners is now seeking to build a truly world class business focused on the monetisation of these commercial rights.

Position Summary

The Matchweek & Broadcast Operations Lead is a key role within the Relevant Football Partners Media Rights Team. Based in London and reporting to the Head of Matchweek & Broadcast Operations, the successful candidate will play a leading role in the development and delivery of world-class matchweek and broadcast operational services for media partners across UEFA Men's Club Competitions (UMCC).

Drawing on extensive experience in sports broadcasting and production operations, the Matchweek & Broadcast Operations Lead will work closely with media partners to help maximise the value of their UMCC rights. The Matchweek & Broadcast Operations Lead will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, UEFA, UC3, and appointed supplier partners, ensuring effective communication, seamless coordination, and a best-in-class service throughout the rights cycle. A strong focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement will be critical to success in the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
