Role Overview
The Material Handler will perform receiving, put away, picking, packing, and shipping functions. Duties include physically handling a variety of products, both palletized and non-palletized, to fill customer orders with speed and accuracy - safely.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inbound Receiving
- Order picking – potentially using powered equipment – product and/or equipment
- Counting of individual packages/pallets
- RF hand-held computer work.
- Processing outbound paperwork for both domestic and international shipment via Computer
- Processing of Customer returns
- Physically lifting packages up to 50 lbs.
- Loading Trucks and Ocean Containers
- Using safety equipment including safety knives, banding equipment, air bag fulfillment
- Cycle counting and additional inventory functions – as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Previous warehouse experience – 3-5 yrs.
- Knowledge of forklift operations and previous driving experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours.
- Able to perform repetitive motions including hand and arm motions.
- Attention to details.
- Team player, support Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs
- Strong understanding of SAP
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
