The role
Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Safely operating a forklift truck (FLT) across the site throughout the shift
- Unloading goods that are delivered to site, ensuring these are stored in the correct location, alongside loading finished products to ensure timely deliveries via third party hauliers
- Accurately completing all relevant paperwork relating to stock, materials and finished goods
- Completing regular stock checks
- Operating the granulator and maintaining and changing the blade when required, in line with standard operating procedures
- Carry out housekeeping of all work areas, maintaining a safe working environment for everyone

About You
A valid FLT licence (Certificate of Basic Training) is a requirement of the role, though training will be provided for the right candidate if this has not already been achieved.
You will have proven experience of working well within a team in line with standard operating procedures, be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, and have excellent attention to detail.
You will also bring an enthusiastic approach to your work.
