Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC)
Location: Warwick, CV34 6RJ Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office Contract: 6 months Rate: £33.50 Umbrella or £25 PAYE per hour Hours: 37.4 hours per week
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC) to join the client - Aero Derivative Gas Turbine business in Warwick.
As a Material Resource Planning Controller, you will build, maintain and communicate detailed delivery plans for specific part orders across the supply chain, helping to ensure the master production plan is achieved.
The MRPC will work closely with Supply Chain Management, suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage material availability, inventory, delivery schedules and potential supply chain risks.

Key Responsibilities
As the Material Controller (MRPC), you will:
- Respond to demand changes and identify the impact on customer requirements and delivery plans.
- Maintain component planning data to ensure demand is effectively cascaded through the supply chain. Plan and manage stock levels across the supply chain.
- Ensure supplier delivery commitments are accurately reflected within SAP.
- Monitor schedule adherence, exception messages and new part introductions.
- Identify and resolve potential delivery risks using standard systems, processes and reports.
- Act as the primary operational interface with suppliers, coordinating improvements across planning, inventory, delivery and lead times.
- Manage delivery issues, shortages and recovery plans to ensure production requirements are met.
- Understand supplier load and capacity constraints that could impact delivery performance.

About You
To be successful as a Material Resource Planning Controller, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience within Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Good knowledge of production planning and control.
- Experience with inventory management and supply chain processes.
- A solid understanding of SAP or similar ERP systems.
- An understanding of quality systems and inventory control processes.
