Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end spare parts process across key departments, from order entry through to dispatch.
- Organise the daily workload for picking, packing and dispatch through daily order book reviews with Commercial and Planning representatives.
- Review incoming orders daily, including quotation status, requested and promised delivery dates, and stock availability.
- Support the Planning team with work order activities where required, ensuring the timely purchasing of parts through the MRP system.
- Respond quickly to critical customer orders, including those requiring same-day dispatch.
- Collaborate with departments across the matrix structure to identify and implement process improvements that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collect, collate and maintain daily KPI data to demonstrate process performance.
- Record daily exceptions to support continuous improvement and management reporting.
- Assist the Planning team with work order activities to ensure the timely fulfilment of spare parts orders.

Education and Qualifications
- Training and experience in the effective use of ERP systems is essential.
- Training or experience with Kardex systems is desirable.
- Previous exposure to order fulfilment operations is preferred.
Professional Skills and Abilities
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence others and deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Computer literate, with the ability to interpret, analyse and present data.
- Capable of working accurately and efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of stock control, order processing and dispatch activities.
