The Impact You Will Make

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Materials Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, storing, and distributing materials safely and efficiently to support daily operations.

Are you a proactive and dependable individual with a strong safety mindset, comfortable performing physically active work, with the attention to detail needed to ensure materials, inventory, and documentation are managed correctly?

In this role you will play a key part in ensuring production and warehouse activities run smoothly while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete all returns from production orders within specified timeframes and complete all relevant ERP system transactions.
  • Manage components from CMF production and complete relevant transactions on our ERP system.
  • Manage all raw materials delivered from the MAFF and complete relevant transactions on our ERP system.
  • Prepare and distribute materials across the site, ensuring timely delivery to all departments.
  • Complete PI checks in the CDA warehouse.
  • Complete monthly racking audits.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment, supporting general housekeeping duties.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within a warehouse, manufacturing, stores, or logistics environment.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and working in a physically active role.
  • Experience receiving, moving, storing, and issuing materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Familiarity with stock control processes, including cycle counting, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, handheld scanners, or other inventory-tracking tools.
  • Hold a forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Working Hours: 37.5hrs per week
  • Location: Up Brooks, Clitheroe – update location as appropriate
