Turn Waste into Opportunity. Turn Ideas into Commercial Success.
Are you naturally curious? Do you enjoy solving problems, exploring new markets and spotting commercial opportunities others miss? Maybe you've worked in new product development, commodity trading, materials brokering or recycling / rejuvenating waste materials and open-minded to new opportunities.
We're recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's most innovative circular economy businesses, helping transform recovered materials into valuable new products and revenue streams.
Reporting to the Country Manager, you'll play a key role in identifying new applications, markets and customers for recycled materials, helping shape the future of sustainable manufacturing.
As part of a successful European Group owned by one of the world's largest retail organisations, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with sister companies across Europe, sharing ideas, developing new opportunities and supporting international innovation projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
