Join our snack-loving team

We’re looking for a Materials Manager to join us at KP Snacks. If you’re ready to bring your ideas to the table, grow your skills and be part of a team that values what makes you, you – this could be your next big move.

About the role

At KP Snacks, we know great snacks start with great operations behind the scenes. We're looking for a Materials Manager who can ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time, every time.

This is a highly visible leadership role, responsible for the planning, procurement, inventory management and availability of raw materials, packaging and indirect materials across the site. You'll play a critical part in keeping production running smoothly, balancing service, cost, quality and stock levels while maintaining the highest food safety and compliance standards.

Leading a team of three colleagues, you'll work closely with Site Leadership, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing and external suppliers to manage material availability, reduce risk, improve inventory performance and drive operational excellence. You'll be confident influencing at all levels, challenging where necessary and building strong relationships that deliver results.

If you're a strong people leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness and a passion for continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.

What’s in it for you?

We believe in rewarding our colleagues and helping them thrive. Here’s a flavour of what we offer:

  • Competitive annual salary, annual salary review and annual bonus opportunity (target 5%), plus KP Pension Plan with up to 7% matched contributions
  • 25 days holiday, with the option to buy up to five additional days, plus additional holiday after five years’ service
  • Comprehensive healthcare including Single Cover Private Healthcare, Health Cash Plan, Digital GP and Employee Assistance Programme
  • Electric Vehicle Car Scheme, supporting more sustainable and cost-effective travel
  • KP4ME benefits platform with discounts, cashback and wellbeing support
  • Enhanced family-friendly policies to support colleagues at every stage of life

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
