This is a fixed-term contract (up to 24 months) with the potential for a permanent position.
You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern:
- Mornings: Monday to Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM
- Afternoons: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Your role will drive impact through the following areas:
- Ensuring Safety
- Promptly report hazards and incidents to maintain a safe working environment.
- Promoting Health Standards
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere to HSE standards to protect yourself and colleagues.
- Enhancing Quality
- Follow quality procedures and perform inspections to ensure only high-standard products are produced.
- Reducing Costs
- Identify and control non-conforming materials to minimize waste and lower production costs.
- Meeting Production Goals
- Operate equipment efficiently and achieve production targets for company success.
- Maintaining Cleanliness
- Keep the work area clean and well-maintained for uninterrupted operations.
- Collaborating Effectively
- Communicate with your team and support staff to fostering a cooperative and productive environment.
- Continuous Improvement
- Engage in training and participiate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and personal growth.
