Are you organised, proactive, and great with people? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are quite the same? Mangrove Global is looking for a Customer Account & Operations Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in keeping our customers, internal teams, and external partners connected and our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, varied role where attention to detail, communication, and taking ownership really matter. You’ll be working across Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Purchasing, and Logistics, making sure everything happens when it should — and stepping in quickly when it doesn’t!

What you’ll be doing

  • Look after customer accounts, ensuring excellent service from order through to delivery.
  • Set up new customers on NAV and process sample invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Coordinate customer collections, including collection notes and subsequent credit notes.
  • Keep deliveries on track, liaising with Bond and transport partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Keep customers and Account Managers informed of any delays or changes, managing expectations proactively.
  • Flag and communicate stock issues, working closely with Purchasing and Logistics.
  • Update deals and contracts received from Sales on NAV.
  • Process retro requests and invoices, ensuring everything is accurate and correctly allocated.
  • Work closely with Finance on retro invoicing and brand allocations.
  • Keep invoice trackers and supporting documentation up to date.
  • Support POS stock control and maintain accurate records.
