Maternity Cover – Office & Recruitment Coordinator

📍 Location: Inverness

💷 Salary: £27,202.50 per annum + performance-related bonus scheme

✅ OTE: £35,000+ per annum

✅ 28 Days Holiday per annum

✅ Full Training Provided

✅ Fixed-term maternity cover for 6 months, with potential opportunities that may arise within the business following completion of the contract.

Driver Hire Inverness is looking to recruit an Office & Recruitment Coordinator to join our busy team on a full time 6-month maternity cover contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service, administration, or office-based experience who is looking for a varied role. Full training will be provided, making this position suitable for candidates from a range of backgrounds.

The Role

As an Office & Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our clients and candidates across the Highlands.

Duties Will Include

✅ Answering incoming calls and emails

✅ Speaking with candidates and arranging registrations and interviews

✅ Building relationships with clients and understanding their staffing requirements

✅ Advertising vacancies and sourcing suitable candidates

✅ Matching candidates to vacancies and allocating shift

✅ Managing compliance and candidate records

✅ General administration and office support duties

✅ Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment office

As Driver Hire operates 24/7, the successful candidate will also be required to participate in an on-call rota.

✔ Strong communication and customer service skills

✔ Organised with good attention to detail

✔ Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems

✔ Ability to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment

✔ A positive and professional attitude

✔ Previous office, administration, customer service, retail or hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential
