Our Purpose

A Better Life for Everyone

Nourish is not simply a technology company; we are a digital partner for the social and health care sector rooted in human connections, with the person being supported at its core. We offer a range of co-produced software solutions tailored to the unique challenges of care, while still being flexible enough to meet the specific needs of each individual service we work with.

We are at an exciting stage of growth. While we are the market leader, we remain ambitious and dedicated to our mission. We continue to revolutionise the sector by investing in our platform and our incredible employees who make this impact possible.

Our Ecosystem

At Nourish, you will contribute to a sophisticated ecosystem that includes:

  • Technology that impacts a million people every day: Our core products are used by over 425,000 carers to support 417,000+ individuals
  • The Nourish Partnership Programme (NPP): A sector-leading programme that manages strategic integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless data syncing and interoperability across the care journey.

Our Culture & Values

We look for people who align with the way we work. If you join us, you are joining a culture defined by:

  • Making a Difference: We remember who we serve. We are passionate about making a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of carers and those we support
  • Agility: We continuously refine and adapt. There is no room for complacency here; we are driven to constantly review and improve our products and processes.
  • Collective Effort: We help each other out because we know that when one person wins, we all win. It’s "all hands-on deck" - everyone is in it together.
  • Every Person Counts: We treat everyone as a very significant part of our community. We welcome people being their true and authentic selves and value the diverse perspectives they bring.
  • Openness to Learning: We believe no question is a silly question and all insights are valuable. Mistakes are part of the improvement process; we dust ourselves off and begin again.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Team & Role

This is a rare opportunity to lead Nourish's expansion into a brand new sector, within a business growing 40% year on year and genuinely delivering Tech for Good. You will report directly to our Chief Commercial Officer, reflecting how strategically important this new market is to us.

You will own and shape this market from the ground up, backed by heavy investment in a new product portfolio built to respond directly to the pressures facing Maternity care today.

You will not be doing this alone. You will be supported by a Product Consultancy function for technical demos and sector knowledge, a RevOps team running an industry leading tech stack including AI meeting recording, coaching, forecasting and CPQ and CRM tools, a Professional Services function for project management and implementation, a Customer Success team focused on deployment and value realisation, and Product Marketing and Marketing support for shaping and communicating your value proposition.

You will join a high performance SaaS sales team defined by accountability, a data led and consultative approach, and a genuine culture of learning and growth. This includes enrolment on the Sandler Essentials and Mastery programmes, regular internal enablement across sales, product and industry, weekly peer to peer deal reviews, and a tangible career plan paired with your own personal development plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and be accountable for revenue targets within the new Maternity care sector.
  • Lead Nourish's expansion into this brand new market, working closely with Product to feed customer insight into ongoing development.
  • Engage with NHS Trusts to scope requirements and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage the end to end tender and procurement process with NHS Trusts.
  • Work closely with Professional Services and Customer Success to ensure effective deployment and value realisation for our Maternity customers.
  • Align with Marketing on shaping and communicating the value proposition, and on running outreach campaigns.
  • Represent Nourish at sector events.
