Maternity Support Worker

We are looking to recruit a Maternity Support Worker for the Dover Community Midwifery team on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be motivated, able to work independently as well as within a team, and strive to provide exceptional care to women throughout the pregnancy continuum.

PLEASE NOTE - WE CANNOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS ROLE. If you hold a Graduate/Post Study work visa, you will only be able to work this role fixed term until the expiry date of your visa.

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the East Kent Hospital Trust Dover community team to support the midwives in their provision of woman-centered midwife-led care.

Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be a crucial member of the maternity team providing clinical support to women and babies as well as clerical, administrative, general housekeeping, and other supportive roles within the midwifery service.
