Maths & Physics Tutor – Online | Top Tutors Scotland
Top Tutors Scotland is looking for a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable Maths and Physics Tutor to join our growing team.
We provide one-to-one online tuition to students across Scotland, with a strong focus on building confidence, improving understanding and helping students achieve meaningful progress.
The Role
You’ll provide online one-to-one tuition in Maths and/or Physics, supporting students from S1–S3 through to National 5 and Higher.
- Lessons are delivered online, and you can choose the hours that work around your existing commitments.
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Have a strong understanding of Maths and/or Physics
- Are confident teaching the Scottish curriculum
- Can support students at S1–S3, National 5 and/or Higher level
- Communicate clearly and build positive relationships with students
- Are reliable, organised and professional
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have, or are willing to obtain, appropriate PVG Scheme membership
- Have a suitable computer, internet connection and quiet environment for online lessons

Working Arrangement
This is a self-employed tutoring position under a Contract for Services. Tutors invoice Top Tutors Scotland monthly and are responsible for their own tax and National Insurance obligations.
