Role Description
The Mathematics Tutor will provide online instructional support to students at various grade levels, focusing on core mathematical concepts and problem-solving skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Planning and delivering virtual tutoring sessions
- Explaining topics such as arithmetic, algebra, and basic geometry
- Adapting teaching methods to individual learner needs
- Assessing student understanding
- Assigning and reviewing practice work
- Tracking progress
- Providing constructive feedback to learners and guardians as needed
The role also involves:
- Maintaining clear communication
- Using digital tools and platforms effectively
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment
This is a part-time, remote role, requiring availability for scheduled online sessions and occasional coordination with the Medhavi Learning Hub academic team.

Qualifications
- Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and Algebra
- Skills in Online Tutoring and Tutoring to facilitate effective virtual learning
- Clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with learners and guardians
- Relevant experience teaching or tutoring school-level mathematics is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to use online teaching platforms and digital learning tools confidently
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-centered approach to instruction
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote work setup
