Luma Education Recruitment is working with an impressive specialist school in Stamford, Lincolnshire, set within beautiful surroundings, to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join its supportive teaching team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Mathematics Teacher who enjoys building positive relationships with young people and wants to develop their teaching within a rewarding specialist education environment.

You will teach Mathematics across KS3, KS4 and KS5, supporting pupils to develop their confidence, knowledge and qualifications. The school works with young people with a range of SEND and SEMH needs, creating a role where teaching is about much more than simply delivering lessons.

SEN experience is welcome but is not essential. If you are an experienced Maths Teacher who has not previously worked in a specialist setting, the school can provide training and professional development in SEND, autism, SEMH, behaviour and safeguarding.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
