Job Description
Compass Academy is expanding, and we are recruiting A-Level Maths Tutors to deliver high-quality online one-to-one tuition for students studying AS and A-Level Mathematics. This is a flexible and rewarding role, ideal for qualified teachers, trainee teachers, graduates, and experienced tutors with a strong mathematical background.
What You Will Do
- Teach AS and A-Level Mathematics
- Deliver structured, engaging online one-to-one lessons tailored to each student’s needs
- Support students with curriculum content, exam preparation, problem-solving techniques, and mathematical reasoning
- Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Build students’ confidence and help them achieve their academic goals
- Create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

What We Are Looking For
- Strong subject knowledge of A-Level Mathematics
- Experience teaching or tutoring A-Level students (school, college, or tuition experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly
- Reliable, organised, and committed to student success
- QTS is welcome but not essential
