Available Roles

Station Manager
Station Supervisor

These roles will focus on driving sales performance, managing inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations at Matrix Energy retail fuel stations.

Locations:

Abuja
Kwamba (and potentially other locations as needs arise)

Key Responsibilities (Typical for these roles)

Oversee daily station operations and team performance
Drive retail sales targets and revenue growth
Manage product inventory, stock levels, and accurate dispensing
Ensure high standards of customer service and station cleanliness
Coordinate staff scheduling, training, and motivation
Maintain safety, security, and compliance standards at the station
Handle cash management, reconciliation, and reporting

Eligibility & Requirements

Proven experience in retail operations, fuel station management, sales, or similar leadership roles (preferred)
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Good numerical skills for inventory and sales tracking
Integrity, reliability, and a customer-first mindset
