We have an exciting opportunity for a Matron position to enhance the safety, experience, and outcomes of people using our Older Person Community services in West Norfolk.
This opportunity comes at a time of transformational change across our service and this post will be at the forefront of clinically delivering this.
This is a unique opportunity for somebody with a drive to embed high quality care to our cohort of service users, based on best practice and national guidance. The role will involve providing leadership as well as clinical support to the team whilst contributing to the implementation of strategic plans.
We are looking for a person who is kind and compassionate to others, and is proactive in helping people reach their potential whilst maintaining high quality care.
This is an exciting time for change within NSFT, this opportunity will benefit someone looking expand their already established nursing practice, knowledge, and clinical leadership to embed and maintain effective systems for quality assurance and high standards clinical care.

As Matron, you will be expected to demonstrate the qualities and skills associated with a clinical leadership role and be accountable for services meeting essential standards of care as outlined by the CQC as well as agreed local and national quality standards encompassing the following domains:

- Safeguarding
- Feedback, Complaints, service improvement
- Clinical Audit
