Are you an experienced District Nurse ready for your next senior leadership challenge?
We are looking for a compassionate and credible Matron for Community Nursing to provide visible clinical leadership and help shape high-quality care across Oxfordshire.
In this influential role
- You will support community nursing teams to deliver safe, responsive, and person-centred care close to home.
- You will champion excellent standards, strengthen clinical governance, support quality improvement, promote learning, and work with colleagues across services to improve outcomes for patients, families, and carers.
You will bring extensive District Nursing experience, strong clinical judgement, and the confidence to lead, influence, and inspire teams in a complex community setting. You will be passionate about staff development, patient experience, and continuous improvement.
