About The Role
MaxAccelerate is expanding across the UK to support major enterprise asset management (EAM) programmes in highly regulated environments. As a leading provider of Maximo and MAS 9.1 AI transformations, we are seeking an experienced SC-Cleared Maximo EAM Specialist to join our delivery team.
This role involves working on large-scale projects where reliability, data integrity and operational excellence are critical. You will help organisations optimise, modernise and transform their EAM landscape using IBM Maximo / MAS 8 / MAS 9 / MAS 9.1.
Key Responsibilities
Maximo / MAS Delivery
- Lead or support configuration, enhancement, and deployment of Maximo or MAS 8/9 systems.
- Deliver functional design, workflow configuration and module optimisation.
- Ensure all solutions meet SC-cleared security and governance requirements.

Business & Functional Consulting
- Translate business processes into Maximo configurations and clean workflows.
- Support EAM transformation across:
- Work Management
- Assets
- Locations
- Preventive Maintenance
- Inventory & Procurement
- Job Plans & Classifications
- Improve operational efficiency through better process design and system alignment.
Data Quality & Integrations
- Support data migration, cleansing and structure improvements.
- Assist with integrations between Maximo and enterprise systems (ERP, GIS, mobility, SCADA, document management, IoT, etc.).
Testing, Documentation & Governance
- Support SIT, UAT and deployment readiness.
- Produce structured documentation suitable for regulated industries.
- Ensure all activities comply with SC-cleared security frameworks.
Essential Skills & Experience
Maximo Expertise
- 3-10+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo EAM.
- Broad functional knowledge across multiple modules.
- Experience with MAS 8/9 or MAS 9.1 is highly advantageous.

Security Clearance
- Active UK SC Security Clearance is essential.
- Candidates without clearance cannot be considered.
Consulting & Delivery Skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and documentation skills.
- Experience in regulated sectors such as utilities, rail, aviation, energy, transport, infrastructure, or government suppliers.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to MAS 9.1 AI features
- Experience with reliability, APM, predictive maintenance
- Knowledge of Cognos, WatsonX or analytics tools
- Experience with ISO 55000, ITIL or EAM best practices
- Previous involvement in large transformation programmes
