Hiring: Maximo Professionals | UK 🇬🇧
We are hiring for 2 Contract Roles for a major Aerospace & Defence Maximo Upgrade & Migration Programme in Derby, UK.
Role 1: Maximo Database Administrator
- Location: Derby, UK | Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite
- Rate: £500/day | Inside IR35
- Duration: 12 Oct 2026 – 21 May 2027
- Key Skills:
- Oracle → DB2 migration experience
- DB2 administration & performance tuning
- Backup & recovery
- MAS performance optimisation
- Database security & compliance
- PL/SQL → DB2 stored procedure refactoring
- DB2 installation & configuration
- Maximo 7.6 / MAS 9.x experience
- Azure Cloud experience

Role 2: Maximo Aviation Install Specialist – MAS

- Maximo Aviation domain knowledge
- OpenShift deployment
- DB2 integration understanding
- Maximo upgrade & migration experience
- Upgrade/remediation troubleshooting
- Azure Cloud environment experience

Eligibility – Mandatory
- British/UK National only
- Minimum 5 years continuous/unbroken UK residency
- SC Clearance or ability to achieve SC
- BPSS required as standard Rolls-Royce requirement
- Dual nationality subject to individual case-by-case review
