About the Role
This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
The University of Leeds is seeking a proactive, highly organised and relationship-driven MBA Careers and Employer Engagement Consultant to lead employer engagement activity across the Leeds MBA programme.
This role will work closely with the MBA Programme Manager and MBA Programme Director as key day-to-day partners. The postholder will ensure activity is aligned with the needs of the Leeds MBA and will help position the programme as a destination of choice for employers seeking high-calibre talent and business expertise.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and delivering an employer engagement plan that creates and strengthens relationships with employers, recruiters, alumni and industry partners, opening opportunities that support the career aspirations of our experienced professionals seeking to advance, pivot or accelerate their careers. They will play a key role in supporting the strategic objectives of the Leeds MBA, including activities that contribute to the programme's performance in national and international MBA rankings through enhanced employer engagement, alumni connectivity, career outcomes and student success.
