Are you ready to help shape the future of a FTSE 100 company?

Join Admiral's Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme and accelerate your path towards senior leadership. You'll work on strategically important challenges facing our international businesses, collaborate with leaders across the Group, and develop the commercial, analytical, and leadership expertise needed to help shape Admiral's future.

About Us

As Admiral continues to grow in both size and complexity, we're looking for talented people who want to help shape what’s next.

Admiral is a Financial Services company, offering a wide variety of insurance and lending products. Founded by two MBAs with a vision for creating a supportive and enriching work environment, Admiral Group has grown into a successful FTSE 100 company, operating in the UK, France, Italy, and Spain.

Since we were founded, we've grown by staying focused on our customers, empowering our people and challenging conventional thinking. We believe great ideas can come from anywhere, and we encourage people to take ownership, try new things and make a meaningful difference.

Our Pricing department plays a central role in our success, and we’re excited to welcome new talent to help shape what’s next.

The Opportunity

As an International Pricing Manager (IPM), you will apply thoughtful problem-solving, creativity, and strong collaboration skills to solve complex business needs. No prior industry experience is required - we’ll support your learning and development.

You’ll join our Strategic Pricing and Risk (SPARK) Programme - a fast-track professional development initiative tailored for MBA graduates to prepare for a leadership role within the business by developing an expertise in pricing, data, risk, and the technologies shaping the future of insurance.

The SPARK Programme Offers

  • 4 - 6 months of dedicated training to understand our Pricing, Data, and Risk functions
  • On-the-job learning through projects with real business impact
  • Exposure to senior stakeholders, including the C-suite

Projects may include supporting the growth of our EV proposition across Europe, exploring how AI and emerging technologies can transform pricing, creating competitive advantage through data, launching new products, or addressing complex market-specific challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
