About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Recruitment Services for a one-year fixed-term contract role to help us in our London campus.
The role holder will help position the London Campus brand to compete in home and international markets for Jan-27 and Sept-27 entry. You will be a hands-on operational expert in developing and connecting plans for growth through co-ordinating activity and budget to drive recruitment engagement and conversion.
The successful candidate will be expected to liaise directly with central marketing and recruitment teams at our Staffordshire base, and to work directly with teams located in the London campus to develop and deliver successful marketing and recruitment plans.
You Will Have
- Several cycles of leading marketing and recruitment experience in the London Higher Education market, ideally within a post-92, managed campus or satellite campus offer in a commercial growing operator.
- Experience in all aspects of MSRA activity – smart generalist with specific hands-on multi-cycle experience leading recruitment performance.
- Ability to operate with autonomy to grow pipeline, evidence conversion performance and drive step change in London Campus recruitment performance.
