Major & Complex Loss Adjuster (Desk-Based)

What will your day look like:

As a Major & Complex Desk-Based Loss Adjuster, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth, major loss, and technically complex property claims, including significant escape of oil and other specialist losses.

  • Working closely with clients, brokers, policyholders, and industry professionals, you'll drive claims to resolution while maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and customer service.

Knowledge and Abilities:

We're looking for a confident and technically capable adjuster who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling complex claims challenges.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Experience within a loss adjusting practice or insurer environment
  • Significant exposure to major loss and complex property claims
  • Strong technical property claims knowledge with a proven track record of successful claim resolution
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Adaptable and flexible in a changing and evolving claims environment
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
