McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr.

How will you contribute?
- Define and deliver the seasonal buy for the EMEA retail network.
- Collaborate closely with the Retail Merchandising team to ensure alignment between product strategy and market opportunities.
- Partner with Planning, Visual Merchandising, and Retail teams to optimise product assortments by store, region, and client profile.
- Analyse business performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximise sales and sell-through across categories.
- Support in-store product launches, delivering cohesive stories that balance creative vision with commercial objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and client preferences to inform buying decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes that drive efficiency and improve decision-making across the merchandising function.

Required Skills:
- You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.
- Demonstrated experience in retail merchandising, ideally within luxury or a comparable sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to influence stakeholders across functions and levels.
- A strong appreciation for McQueen’s aesthetic and the ability to balance creative vision with commercial needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel in particular); experience with merchandising/planning systems a plus.
