Company Description

BFT Mastclimbing began in 1997, originally focused on scaffolding before transitioning to innovative Mastclimbing Work Platforms (MCWPs). Recognizing the limitations of traditional scaffolding, BFT invested in mastclimbing solutions that are faster to install, easier to transport, and more efficient for modern construction needs. For over a decade, the company has demonstrated the commercial advantages of MCWPs across public and private sites throughout the UK, delivering substantial time and cost savings. BFT Mastclimbing supports a wide range of building types, from simple rectangular structures to complex bespoke designs, and is committed to efficiency, safety, and helping clients stay on schedule.

Role Description

Installers

This is a full-time remote role for MCWP Installers. The role involves installing and dismantling Mastclimbing Work Platforms in accordance with agreed RAMS, safety standards and project specifications. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with Site Supervisors and client Site Managers, ensuring correct positioning and configuration of MCWPs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
