We are supporting a public sector client in hiring a Data Architect with strong expertise in Entity Resolution and Master Data Management. The role will focus on designing and implementing scalable, secure and high-quality data architectures that enable accurate data matching, deduplication and linkage of complex datasets to support decision-making and analytics across the organisation.
This is a senior, hands-on architecture role requiring someone who can operate at both the strategic and technical level, for defining data models, establishing governance rules and leading the implementation of entity resolution solutions across large, complex and multi-source data environments.
This role suits an experienced Data Architect with a strong master data management (MDM) and entity resolution background, comfortable working in a fast-paced public sector environment and contributing immediately to an established data programme.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
