MDT/Planning Coordinator Role
The MDT/Planning Coordinator role is pivotal to the cardiology and surgery directorate in delivering non-elective clinical services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable person with the ability to use their initiative in order to support the patient's clinical pathway. You will join a small team of existing MDT/Planning Coordinators.

- Collate Information: MDT Coordinator is responsible for gathering the necessary information for each patient to be presented and discussed on the agenda.
- Point of Contact: The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathways of care.
- Collaboration: Work alongside consultants and other disciplines of clinical staff.
