We are partnering with a leading UK building-services contractor to appoint high-calibre M&E commercial professionals across a number of major London projects.
We are keen to speak with candidates at all levels, from Assistant MEP Quantity Surveyors through to Senior QS, Managing QS and Commercial Lead level.
The business delivers technically demanding mechanical and electrical packages across major commercial, residential, data centre, healthcare and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong project pipeline, first-class delivery reputation and genuine scope for progression.

We are looking for commercially astute individuals with experience in M&E/building services contracting, who can support and manage key aspects of the commercial lifecycle including procurement, subcontract management, valuations, variations, cost reporting, CVRs and final accounts.
