M&E Coordinator / Supervisor (Plumbing) - Singapore
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client, for the position of M&E Coordinator / Supervisor (Plumbing) in Singapore.
We are seeking experienced professionals with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical coordination, particularly plumbing installation and site supervision. The successful candidate will coordinate site activities, supervise plumbing works, monitor quality, and support timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily plumbing installation and M&E activities at construction project sites.
- Coordinate plumbing works with mechanical, electrical, civil, and other site teams.
- Review plumbing drawings, installation layouts, and technical specifications.
- Monitor the installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary, and associated plumbing systems.
- Inspect workmanship and ensure installation quality meets approved project requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, plumbers, technicians, and material availability.
- Monitor project schedules, site progress, and completion of assigned works.
- Ensure site safety procedures and applicable Singapore construction requirements are followed.

Required Skills
- Practical experience managing plumbing installation teams
- Ability to coordinate plumbing with other building services
- Ability to interpret plumbing and M&E layouts
- Ability to identify and rectify installation defects
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and site safety requirements.
- Experience coordinating M&E subcontractors on commercial or residential projects.
- Knowledge of plumbing testing, inspection, and commissioning procedures.

Work Experience Requirements
- Mandatory: Well-experienced in M&E supervision in a plumbing company.
- Typical benchmark: 3–7 years of relevant plumbing site experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Candidates should have practical exposure to plumbing installation, manpower coordination, site inspection, and M&E project execution.
Education
- Minimum (typical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Preferred (typical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Additional: Relevant site safety or plumbing technical certifications would be advantageous.
