The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced M&E Engineer to join our team based in Farnborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday role with no call-out requirement, alongside excellent opportunities for overtime, training, and career progression.
You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services, ensuring equipment and systems remain safe, compliant, and operational.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across M&E building services.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintain and service AHUs, FCUs, and associated HVAC equipment.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
- Complete maintenance records and relevant documentation.
- Work proactively to identify potential issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Support the wider engineering and facilities team as required.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety procedures and regulations.

About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as an M&E, Multi-Skilled, or Building Services Engineer and will be confident working across both mechanical and electrical systems.
Essential / Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- 17th Edition electrical qualification.
- Level 3 qualification ideally in an electrical or mechanical discipline.
- Strong knowledge of AHUs and FCUs.
- Previous experience within commercial or facilities maintenance.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full understanding of health & safety requirements.
