Role Description
The M&E Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Enfield, CT, responsible for overseeing monitoring and evaluation activities that support client goals and CBRE GWS performance standards. This role manages data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to measure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic objectives. The M&E Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and refine performance indicators, dashboards, and reporting frameworks, ensuring insights are clearly communicated to stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating evaluation initiatives, supporting continuous improvement efforts, maintaining documentation and compliance with internal standards, and providing guidance on best practices in monitoring and evaluation. The role also involves engaging with client representatives to understand requirements, present findings, and recommend actionable improvements.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience in M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation), including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess experience in Annual Giving and Stewardship, or comparable stakeholder engagement and relationship management activities, particularly in reporting and impact tracking.
- Relevant experience in facilities management, workplace solutions, or related operational environments is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, social sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree or specialized M&E certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting software, and familiarity with performance metrics and KPI development.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
