An exceptional opportunity to join a growing MEP contractor as Project Director, leading a landmark £10m commercial development in the heart of Bristol.
We're exclusively partnering with an ambitious and expanding contractor seeking a senior level MEP Project Lead/Director to take overall responsibility for a major city-centre project.
What makes this role different is the long-term opportunity beyond the initial scheme. The successful individual will play a key role in establishing and growing the company's presence in the South West, with the potential to build and lead a regional team in the future. This is far more than a typical "Project Director for one project" position.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience delivering significant commercial MEP projects
- Strong leadership and client-facing capabilities
- A strategic mindset with ambitions to help grow a regional operation
- Experience operating at Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Project Director or equivalent level
