M&E Projects Manager
Location: Ramsgate
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 DOE
Permanent
Established building services business seeking an experienced M&E Projects Manager to manage multiple mechanical and electrical projects from planning through to completion.
You will coordinate clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, managing programmes, budgets, resources, quality, HSEQ and project documentation.
You will have:
- M&E project management experience within building services.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience managing project budgets.
- Confidence dealing with clients, contractors and site teams.
- Experience with RAMS and project documentation.
- Good Microsoft Office/Excel skills.
- Relevant engineering qualification desirable.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
