M&E Project Manager

Location: Manchester (City Centre) + Regional Site Visits
Salary: £50k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Shape the Future of Sustainable Buildings

Are you an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager looking to deliver projects that genuinely make a difference?

We're working with one of the UK's most respected property and infrastructure organisations, renowned for creating innovative, sustainable commercial environments where businesses thrive. With an ambitious long-term growth strategy and significant investment planned over the coming years, this is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at the forefront of decarbonisation, smart building technology, and modern asset management.

This organisation has built a reputation for investing in both its people and its properties, offering genuine career progression, exposure to high-value projects, and the chance to influence sustainability across a diverse portfolio.

The Role

As an M&E Project Manager, you'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of mechanical and electrical projects ranging from approximately £25,000 to over £1 million, managing schemes from initial concept through to completion.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors, you'll provide technical leadership while helping drive ambitious Net Zero Carbon and Smart Building initiatives across a high-quality commercial property portfolio.

This is a predominantly office-based role in Manchester city centre, with travel to sites across the portfolio (typically around once per week as required).

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
