The Role
As The M&E Project Manager, You'll
- Lead building services projects from scope development through delivery and handover.
- Deliver M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy projects safely and within budget.
- Manage project programmes, financial plans, revenue, profit, cash flow and invoicing.
- Identify and manage technical, statutory, operational and commercial project risks.
- Procure and manage subcontractors while maintaining quality and controlling delivery risk.
- Build strong relationships with clients, operational teams and supply chain partners.
- Maintain project controls and compliance with contractual and legislative requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve project revenue and commercial performance.

About You
To be successful as the M&E Project Manager, you'll have:
- Proven project management experience within facilities management or building services.
- Experience delivering M&E, fit-out, asset replacement or energy projects.
- A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations.
- Strong commercial experience managing budgets, project costs, risks and subcontractors.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A structured approach with the ability to manage competing project priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
