M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a project on a 12-month contract in West London
Your Responsibilities
- Managing/Negotiation of Sub-Contract packages
- Produce monthly commercial reports
- Monthly financial reviews and financial control
- Dispute resolution managing Contracts
- Procurement and tender reviews, final accounts
- Cost Estimation and Budgeting, variations

Experience Required
- Experience of NEC and JCT forms of contract
- Seasoned and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Managing M&E, Building services projects across commercial or industrial projects
