We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established Mechanical & Electrical (M&E/MEP) contractor based in the Merseyside.
The company delivers high-quality M&E solutions across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial projects, working alongside some of the UK's leading main contractors, developers and consultants.
The Role
- Managing costs across M&E projects from pre-contract through to final account
- Preparing and agreeing valuations, variations and final accounts
- Procurement and subcontractor management
- Cost reporting and monitoring project budgets
- Liaising with clients, main contractors and the internal project team
- Supporting commercial risk management across a varied project portfolio

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E/MEP or a related building services background
- Strong commercial and cost management skills
- Experience working across mechanical and/or electrical packages
- Relevant qualification (degree or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
