M&E Quantity Surveyor – £90k+ Package

We are working with a leading MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E QS looking to take ownership of significant £10m–£15m projects within a growing and established contractor.
The Role
- Commercial management of M&E projects valued at £10m–£15m
- Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts
- Subcontract procurement and management
- Preparing and agreeing valuations
- Managing variations, change control and applications for payment
- Cost reporting and financial forecasting
- Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
- Supporting commercial strategy and project delivery
- Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and the wider commercial team
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You
- Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor
- Strong experience working for an MEP / M&E contractor
- Experience managing projects in the £10m–£15m range
- Strong knowledge of M&E subcontract packages and commercial management
- Confident managing subcontractors, variations and final accounts
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
