M&E Quantity Surveyor – £90k+ Package

📍 London

💰 £90,000+ Package DOE

🏗️ £10m–£15m M&E Projects

We are working with a leading MEP contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E QS looking to take ownership of significant £10m–£15m projects within a growing and established contractor.

The Role

  • Commercial management of M&E projects valued at £10m–£15m
  • Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts
  • Subcontract procurement and management
  • Preparing and agreeing valuations
  • Managing variations, change control and applications for payment
  • Cost reporting and financial forecasting
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
  • Supporting commercial strategy and project delivery
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Contracts Managers and the wider commercial team
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors

About You

  • Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor
  • Strong experience working for an MEP / M&E contractor
  • Experience managing projects in the £10m–£15m range
  • Strong knowledge of M&E subcontract packages and commercial management
  • Confident managing subcontractors, variations and final accounts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercially astute with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of projects
