We need an M&E Maintenance Manager!
The role is office-based, in Hornchurch, Essex, requiring a highly organised and proactive Reactive Works Manager to coordinate maintenance on industrial M&E equipment.
The firm is a successful, family-owned business with a 50-year history of hard and soft FM services to industrial clients including Ford Motors and METSEC who offer a friendly, close-knit working environment where individual contribution is recognised and valued.

So, if you have a background in commercial plumbing, heating, mechanical services, electrical services, HVAC or multi-skilled building maintenance and now have a minimum of two years' managerial / supervisory experience. We need to hear from you urgently!
