Client

Our client is a specialist M&E main tier 1 contractor who have been established for over 70 years.

They specialise in mechanical and electrical systems and building management systems controls as part of its comprehensive project delivery.

They are a top main tier 1 contractor with an excellent reputation for their client portfolio, service and quality of work.

Role

They are currently seeking an M&E Site Manager to work on a large school development. You will be responsible for leading all mechanical and electrical works on the project, working closely with the sub-contractors. You will co-ordinate all MEP activities to ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest quality.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in M&E site management on major construction projects with strong knowledge on both mechanical and electrical building services. Experience in delivering education, commercial, healthcare or public sector schemes is preferred. Excellent subcontractor management and co-ordination skills with a proactive approach and excellent communication and leadership skills.
