Contract opportunity for an experienced M&E Surveyor to deliver mechanical and electrical asset surveys across sites in the Larbert and Glasgow area.

Are you an experienced M&E Surveyor looking for your next contract? A specialist engineering recruitment partner is seeking an M&E Surveyor for site-based assignments, completing accurate building services surveys and producing clear technical reports.
The Role
As The M&E Surveyor, You’ll
- Conduct mechanical and electrical surveys across client sites.
- Record and measure M&E assets and site conditions accurately.
- Produce clear survey reports, sketches, and basic drawings.
- Liaise with site contacts to coordinate access and survey activity.
- Ensure surveys meet relevant health, safety, and site procedures.
- Work independently to complete assignments accurately and efficiently.

You
To be successful, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience conducting M&E or building services surveys.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets.
- Experience producing accurate survey reports and deliverables.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability for site-based contract work across the Larbert / Glasgow area.
