Full Job Description
A leading business in the construction and engineering industry is hiring contractors with previous experience in either a mechanical, electrical, or plumbing/HVAC background. To work in Leicester on a contingency basis. This is a great opportunity to utilize your knowledge and work in a growing sector.

The Role
As the M&E Asset Condition Inspector, You'll
- Conduct visual inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Provide expert advice on M&E solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
- Data collection and upload using the client's software application.
You
To be successful in the role of M&E Surveyor, you'll bring:
- Relevant experience in an Engineering or Hard services discipline.
- Strong IT skills and competency.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
